Hi, I’m Adina Vaughan, founder of Vaughan Business Solutions, LLC.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance and more than ten years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, benefits administration, business/accounting systems implementation, financial analysis, and more, I’ve helped small businesses improve financial processes, streamline operations, and build systems that support long-term success.  My background includes years of experience serving as a Financial Controller and Office Manager, where I gained extensive experience in accounting, payroll, HR, and business management systems, including Quickbooks, NetSuite, and ADP.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped organizations become more efficient by streamlining bookkeeping and payroll processes, implementing new accounting and HR systems, strengthening internal controls, and improving financial reporting to support better business decisions.  Working with organizations that operated across multiple states has provided valuable experience in multi-state payroll and employee benefits administration.  As a detail-oriented and analytical professional, I believe that accurate financial information and efficient systems are the foundation of a successful business.  I also believe the best client relationships are built on clear communication, responsiveness, and practical solutions.  My goal is to become a trusted resource that business owners can rely on as they build, grow, and strengthen their businesses.

I understand that running a business requires balancing countless priorities, from launching a new venture to scaling your business.  Managing the financial and administrative responsibilities of a growing business can be overwhelming and time-consuming.  I founded Vaughan Business Solutions to help small business owners gain clarity, improve efficiency, and spend less time on administrative burdens so they can focus on growing their businesses and serving their customers.  Originally from Mt. Shasta and now happy to call Oregon and the Pacific Northwest home, I value integrity, relationships, and building solid foundations, both in business and in life.  When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outside in nature and with family and friends, pursuing creative interests in the arts, and gardening.
